The chocolate is made of selected cocoa beans from sustainable cultivations. It uses a gentle process of fermentation, roasting and pealing the cocoa bean. The grinding of the beans is undertaken in tailor made stone conches during no less than 120 hours. By doing this, the subtle aromas and textures of the cocoa are released, that make QAQAO unique.

an Organic Product?
The cocoa, which is selected for QAQAO chocolate, is grown in sustainable cultivations, in mixed forests in Central and South America, without any artificial fertilizers. The treatment of the cacao is entirely natural, without any additives. Also all other ingredients are selected highly nutritious natural products. At this stage a formal certificate for organic products has not been applied for.
